    Haaaaaa in retrospect this is so, so embarrassing and corny and stupid. We went to Niagara Falls for vacation and my dad thought it would be a super idea for us to do a souvenir video. Green screen technology at its best. Side note: about three years prior we were in a car accident and my mom broke her femur so her movement was still limited at the time, which is why she’s kind of just sitting there during the magic carpet scene.

    I’ve told a few of my friends about this video, and I promised I would show it to them one day. Recently my dad transferred the VHS video into a digital format…so here it is.

    OMG MY LIFE IS COMPLETEEE. haha i actually haven’t finished watching the whole thing yet, but i knew just from the opening song that it was going to be good. only about a minute into this thing and i’m already dying!! ahhh, i wish they still had this as an attraction at Niagara Falls. i don’t see why anyone wouldn’t pay money to do this. 

  3. ohhhmygahh, i don’t know why i just laughed really hard at this. i’m sitting here in the library (in the freezing cold, btw) trying to do my work and i literally laugh out loud when i saw this. that’s embarrassing.  but this picture is actually relevant to me. there was this one kid in my history class this semester who was the most obnoxious person ever. he would walk in like 15 minutes late, set up his laptop, and watch episodes of the Simpsons/Family Guy online.. without any headphones! he would also munch on chips and laugh at his screen like he was in the freakin’ movie theaters and not a 10am history class. this guy sat in the middle too, where everyone can see him. and no, he didn’t get in trouble ‘cause he only got caught once. the other times i guess the professor just gradually became deaf over the semester. we complained about him on the last day of class when he didn’t show (trust me, there were other things to complain about). surprisingly, the professor actually liked him ‘cause he stirred up conversation in class. one time when were going over material, he just blatantly shouts “oh who cares about history? why do we have to deal with it? it doesn’t matter anymore”. a real grade A student right there. ok, back to work. i’m suppose to be working on my history take home final that’s due by midnight tonight (ironic, yes) and i still have like 3 pages to go, single spaced! ughh semester break never seemed so far away.. =/

    stumbled upon this gem on youtube. the comments are really funny though, one guy’s like “I will now incorporate the Double Dream Hands into all aspects of my everyday life”. that was of course my favorite move too. i couldn’t stop laughinggg.

    hahaha, no but seriously this is going to be my happy dance when my break officially starts. any other takers? and does anyone else think it’s weird that christmas eve is already next friday? i don’t know about you, but i’m not ready for santa yet.
